Cloudyn is happy to announce the release of the Cloudyn Success Portal that contains our Knowledge Base and Support Center. Cloudyn’s Knowledge Base is a self-service resource for Cloudyn users and contains guides for getting started, user guides, details of Cloudyn’s newest features and enhancements, FAQ’s, and much more.
Check it regularly as we are always adding new content. In addition, Cloudyn users can now easily submit requests and report issues that are submitted to Cloudyn’s outstanding support team. You will be sent confirmation of the tickets creation once they are submitted and you can check its progress anytime.
The Support Center and Knowledge Base are accessed by selecting the @ and ? icons at the top right of the application.
The first time you access the Cloudyn Success Portal, enter your email and select Forgot my password.
